Thailand Internet Business Workshop

November 20 – 27. It’s been an amazing 8 days with David Cavanagh, team and students from around the world – all here in Pattaya, Thailand!
I’ve known David for exactly 10 years, and when I heard he was going to do a week-long workshop I decided to come on over to support.
Now the training was designed for newbies and frankly I didn’t expect to learn much from it (more like be there to see how he conducts the training and… I had to see for myself how he would last 8 days straight as the main speaker and trainer)
So imagine my surprise as I scribbled the ‘newbie’s workbook’ with notes and product ideas I think can fill up for the first Quarter of 2018! Learned his sales techniques – which I find is owed greatly to his transparency and being straight-up, no B.S. from the start. You don’t see that often these days from marketing teachers, almost a lost art.
Just as well, he’s supported by a small but great team of people – Roger Bourdon, Eric Zeitoun, Nisarat Cavanagh and a few but quality guest speakers he brought on board.
The participants are from around the world – Australia, UK, US, India, Hong Kong, Germany, just to name some.

Right after the Graduation night, I recorded my review and experience of the Thailand Internet Business Workshop.

Another video compilation of the week-long event:
Not a dull moment, I attended ALL the sessions and I believe so did most if not all the participants, that shows how captivating each of David’s sessions is.
Also thanks for giving me the opportunity to be a guest speaker on the last day – that came as a surprise to me considering I came here to participate like everyone else and sit in the workshop!
Overall I had an amazing time and wealth of learning opportunities. Also celebrated by 31st birthday while in workshop, haha

All in all, it’s been a great, mind-blowing experience and I’d like to be back again next round… and I’ll be bringing people over!

Dallas – Higher Purpose Mastermind

Initially I was going to head back to Malaysia on 19th May. Then Oliver Talamayan informed me of a Mastermind just around the corner – 19th – 22nd May in Dallas, Texas.

So I made a detour and extended my stay. I might as well, since I’m already on the other side of the planet I should make the most of my trip here.

Unlike the Vegas and LA chapter, I was in the house most of the time; I didn’t really go anywhere else beyond the convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The 3 days proved to be productive and made up for the past two weeks of just going from place to place.

The Mastermind had just about 9-10 people; on Day 2 Justin Beasley was invited to share his insights on E-Commerce. His prime record to date: $1.7 Million sales in 50 days!

I had my next level High Ticket and business game plan nailed down while I was here, and with a 30 25 hour flight back to Malaysia I found the time to finally read up two books (Trust Funnel and DotComSecrets) cover to cover, something I had put off for a long time.

… And that’s it for my US trip this year!

Los Angeles Revisited – The Americana Life!

After the Bug Free Mastermind and a week in Vegas, Isabel, Adrian and I went back to Los Angeles and this was to be the second part of our trip.

This was to be more of a leisure trip and we started our LA chapter with a BMW 6-series rented from Sixt.

3.0L twin-turbo engine.. gotta love the sound of the engine screaming when you hit the Sports+ mode!

Car is wide and because almost everything was inverted, it took more than a day to get used to driving here (gotta say, drivers in LA are worse than in Malaysia!)

We visited Winter and Anastasia first and checked out the Griffith Observatory. Huey swung by later.

The following day we met up with Huey again in Hollywood…

LACMA at night

Revisited the Universal Studios. This time I got to see more of it as we had almost the whole day here!

Posing with the 6-series…

Concluded the LA trip with a visit to Paul Hoffman‘s place in Marina del Rey.

So glad to see more of LA this time!

It was time for Isabel and Adrian to fly back to Singapore. But for me, I still have one more place to go – Dallas…
