    Great point in your video regarding cutting support issues by 50% – a massive overhead often over looked by most marketers.

    Of course many other very valuable points raised – particularly the point that 50% of people retain audio/video information for up to 2 weeks – something everyone strives to do, keep your product or service in the forefront of your potential customers mind for as long as possible.

    Doug, yep that’s true. Even without the aid of formal survey, it’s obvious that watching a demonstration (i.e. videos) is a better learning method vs. purely reading. There’s a reason why more people watch movies vs. read novels. 😉 lol
